SONUS Management


SONUS is a results driven-driven asset and portfolio management company. We see each investment as a business which must perform at the highest level of efficiency and quality in its market.

As an Owner’s Asset Manager, we evaluate a property’s condition, operations, leasing and market position. We develop a plan to achieve the financial objectives of the Owner and then draw from our network of professionals to execute that exact strategy. We analyze the constraints and inherent issues of the asset, market and location, then recommend an intelligent, innovative and cost effective value-add solution.

SONUS Investments


SONUS seeks to maximize investment returns by focusing on economically vibrant secondary and tertiary markets, which are typically overlooked by institutional investors.  These markets offer more attractive investment yields than the primary markets that receive attention from larger firms.  We focus on deal sizes that are too small to meet the investment criteria of institutional investors but are too large for most local investors.  We seek out multifamily properties that attract "Gray Collar" tenants, in areas with adjacencies to Hospitals, Schools, Government Services and other back office employment centers. SONUS believes that markets experiencing strong population growth, employment fundamentals and barriers to home ownership will consistently exhibit healthy demand for rental properties over time.  We invest side by side with our syndicated equity partners to insure all interest are aligned.
